About Humanity Advocacy

At Humanity Advocacy, we believe inclusion is a right, not a reward. Our work is grounded in the understanding that every person deserves dignity, respect and the opportunity to participate fully in their community. We support individuals, families, professionals and organisations to navigate challenges, remove barriers and build more inclusive environments.

A human-first approach to advocacy

Founded by Felicity Creagh, Humanity Advocacy brings together more than two decades of social work experience with lived experience as a parent and advocate. Felicity’s professional background spans child protection, hospital social work, education and community advocacy, providing a unique perspective on the systems that shape people’s lives.

Whether supporting a family through a challenging school process, helping an organisation strengthen its inclusion practices, or contributing to broader conversations about disability rights and social justice, our focus remains the same: ensuring people feel heard, valued and empowered.

Creating change beyond the individual

While individual advocacy is at the heart of what we do, lasting change requires more than supporting one person at a time. We are equally committed to helping schools, workplaces, service providers and community organisations better understand neurodiversity and create environments where people can thrive.

Our work is guided by compassion, curiosity, authenticity and what we call “gutsy advocacy” – the willingness to challenge exclusion, speak up when systems fall short, and work towards meaningful social change. Because true inclusion happens when communities adapt to people, not when people are expected to adapt to systems that were never designed with them in mind.
